As a single woman, I really appreciate that you are a mechanic I can trust. I'm sure you are aware or the stereotype that if a mechanic can take advantage of a woman and her checkbook, he will. I feel you have never told me things wrong with my car that aren't really there. Here's an example: I went to a local dealer b/c I thought my car was just too loud. They said I needed a new timing chain at a cost of over $2k. I drove directly to Superior where a mechanic there listened, even came out and listened with me while I sat in the driver's seat. He assured me nothing at all was wrong. My car has run fine (albeit loudly) ever since. Being honest is the most important service you can offer.

Had a flat tire at 5 p.m. on a Friday afternoon and Jeff and his team took care of us right away

We were about to go to another tire place for our tires because they quoted a lower price. However, your man, Joel, was able to match the price and save us time and effort so we stayed with Superior. We've always felt comfortable that you're looking out for your customers and not trying to nickel-and-dime us with unnecessary work.

Diag and work done on two vehicles and explanations were excellent. Usually no problems with you guys. However, I was called to pick up one car when it wasn't ready and I had to wait an hour to pick it up. Other car had a wrong part delivered and delayed the pick up a day. Also called back to tell me I needed an oil change which I had already approved. Also broke a part on the car (which I was alerted to by your staff - thank you) - If I was a first time customer I don't know if I would go back but I'll just chalk it up to a bad stretch since the history for 5 cars has been good, Mark is a good counter guy.
