"Friendly Staff" I have taken my vehicle a few times for service. I took it there because they had AAA approval. I have always found the staff to be professional and courteous and there work on my vehicle to satisfactory. Also they offer to take me home and pick me up if it was going to take time to do the work. However, I do find them to not be any cheaper than a car dealer would charge and they do try to sell you additional services that you may or may not need. For the most part I am satisfied with them. One other thing, the boss did honor a coupon that had expired 2weeks ago for which I was most grateful. Kudos to him.
Hi Richard , thanks for posting . Let me address two issues in your review . At times we may be somewhat close to the dealer in pricing and let me explain why . Lets say we need an engine computer for your Hyundai . That is an item that can only be purchased through the dealer , so WE PAY DEALER PRICING for the computer which is very high . There is LITTLE TO NO MARKUP ON DEALER PARTS . You would have savings on the labor side because our labor is much much cheaper . Now this is rare . ANY OTHER SERVICES THAT DO NOT REQUIRE US TO BUY THE PARTS FROM THE DEALER , THERE IS NO COMPARISON . WE ARE CHEAPER THAN ANY DEALERSHIP ON 99% OF ANY AUTO REPAIR SERVICE . The other issue that you bring up disturbs me very much quite honestly. You say " we might sell things that may or may not be needed " If you truly believe that why do you continue to do business with us ? You are making a judgement that has absolutely no basis to it . I think you should have proof before making random accusations that have no truth to them . I hope we can continue to do business in the future .
